Vice President Customer Support
Harry leads the customer support team at Kalio and is responsible for providing customers with responsive, high-quality technical support services. He brings over 20 years of experience in tactical oversight and strategic direction of operations with specific focus on customer service, project implementations, quality assurance, and 24-hour call center support.
Prior to joining Kalio, Harry founded Docuzon in 2007 where he provided operational and information technology leadership for the corporation. He has also held an executive level position with eLynx, LTD as Vice President of Operations and he provided strategic and tactical leadership to TechSolve for eCommerce platforms serving hundreds of Ohio-based manufacturing businesses.
Harry earned his Masters in Science and Administration from Central Michigan State University. He is PMP certified and is a member in good standing with the Project Management Institute.
