Hosting Services Privacy
Kalio is committed to protecting the privacy of all parties using Kalio's hosted KalioCommerce software. We provide clients with hosting services for the KalioCommerce and KalioMail™ ecommerce software. The KalioCommerce software application is not a part of this corporate website.
Kalio owns and manages all of its servers. We process the data that our clients capture using our ecommerce software; however, we do not own or govern the privacy policies for these client sites.
Kalio may disclose personal information as required by law or in good faith that the disclosure is necessary to protect and/or defend the rights and interests of the company. As required and permitted by applicable laws, we may disclose personally identifiable information to third parties in connection with an investigation of fraud, infringement, or other unlawful activity.
