Our commitment to client satisfaction reaches far beyond responsiveness. We proactively reach out to each and every KalioCommerce client to ensure we are meeting expectations and delivering value. This includes regular surveys and outboard calls from the leadership of our Customer Service team. Furthermore, every new client participates in our Executive Sponsor program for one full year. This program includes monthly calls to a dedicated team executive to discuss business, service levels, and how Kalio can improve any aspect of the services we deliver.
